A new and successful item has been added recently. These wooden sinks are turned from a solid block of Maple, Cherry or a similar dense grained wood. A clear and completely waterproof epoxy is used to protect the wood. Polished to a glowing lustre, the highly figured wood grain is almost three dimensional in its look. No upkeep is necessary other than occasional wiping.
The sinks shown below are installed in a restaurant in Toronto.

Pedestal Sinks
These stand-alone pedestal style sinks are built using a solid turned wood base.
The vanity tops are made from Corian, marble or granite.
